Calvary's Ministries     

Your precious little ones are very special to us. We desire that each one senses the care and love given every Sunday while they are in our care. Our nursery is for newborns up to and including age two in the morning service and up to and including age three in the evening service.

Our program for the 2 & 3 year olds and 4 & 5 year olds is appropriately named since our preschoolers have the ability to brighten any day! Sunshine Club is a hands on and fun way to learn about God and the world and everything in it.   Pictures

Kid's Church is an interactive and entertaining program to help children, ages 6 -11 years old, know who they are in Jesus. They are encouraged to get involved in the lessons they learn and make it real to their lives. The children are also encouraged to worship God in giving, and through song during our tremendous worship time.    Pictures

Adventure Club is for children ages 4 - 6 years old. We meet Wednesday evenings from September until the end of April from 7 - 8:30 PM. The evening consists of Bible lessons, arts, crafts, music, activities and snack. They have a wonderful time exploring the Word of God in lots of different ways.    Pictures

Young Adults from ages 18-30 meet every Monday evening at Calvary Church @ 7pm. Starting from the grassroots, we are dedicating ourselves to passionately worship Jesus, to get to know Him and grow up, to reach our community with kindness and love, to pray for others and of course to have a great time doing it. Parent's Time Out meets Thursday mornings from 9:30 - 11:30 AM. If you have children five years old and younger, then come out and join us for a cup of coffee while we discuss all aspects of parenting. There are supervised arts, crafts and activities for the preschoolers. Come and join us.   Pictures

Each Tuesday Evening at 7:00 PM we meet to sing the great hymns of the faith and many familiar choruses from the past. The emphasis of "Time Of Your Life" centers around the truth that God is not finished with us when we reach retirement age. If you enjoy the songs of yesterday you will love being part of "Time Of Your Life"

This ministry has special events for ladies ages 16 – 90, with keynote speakers addressing subjects of interest to the modern woman.  King’s Daughters has grown rapidly since its inception about 5 years ago.  The attendance at these popular events is between 170 to 200 ladies!  A strong emphasis has been placed upon using these meetings to welcome in business women from the community who may or may not share our faith.  It has proven to be a wonderful opportunity for networking and sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ with our community.  For more information about their next event, please call the office or email us at prayer@execulink.com

Life Connections is the name of the small group ministry at Calvary Church. We have many different Life Connection groups operating at any given time throughout the year.  These groups cover a wide range of topics such as Bible Study, Grief Share, Single Mothers, Creation, Purpose of Life, and many others as well.  Most of these small groups take place in peoples homes across our city and would be well worth checking out.  A full list of Life Connection groups can be provided for you by requesting a weekly bulletin from Calvary or by emailing us.

Music is extremely important to our life at Calvary Church. It is contemporary, passionate and life changing. We want God to be honored in our music and blessed in our attitudes. If God touches it, then we know it will be effective. We are dedicated to doing our best and love to experience more of God in worshipping Him through music. God stir our hearts to be more like you! “Raise” is a ministry for married couples with young families.  Often in the process of raising young families we can become disconnected and even feel like we may be in this alone. The fact is that many families are finding themselves in this situation so we want this to change. Events happen monthly which we invite you to be a part of. Woodstock Christian Men's Slo Pitch League, Our church has three teams that are part of the Woodstock Christian Men’s Slo Pitch League.  These teams are a great place to be involved where you can get exercise, build great friendships and have a good time.  The league is well established and has 12 teams that play from the beginning of May till the end of August finishing with a league tournament.  For more information please visit the website at www.cslwoodstock.com .
